Songs, Scripture and your live stream — on screen, every Sunday.
Prezans is a complete presentation and live-production app made for small churches. Project lyrics and the Bible, stream and record your service, and put the songbook in everyone's pocket — with no subscription, ever.
For macOS (Apple Silicon) and Windows (64-bit) · English · Français
« Prezans » — Kreol Morisien for presence. And yes, a pun on presentation.
One app runs the whole Sunday.
No plug-ins, no second program, no licence dongle. Prezans was built so one volunteer can walk in, open one app, and run the service.
Songs with chords
ChordPro chords inline with live transposition for the band.
Search is accent-insensitive — gloire, gloiré
and GLOIRE all find the same song, in any of your languages.
The Bible, built in
KJV and Segond 1910 bundled — 31,100 verses, no download. Type
jn3.16 and it's on screen; pick ranges, verses per
slide, even a second version side by side.
Multi-display projection
Audience screen and stage display, themes with live preview, crossfades, auto-fit text, countdowns — and hot-plug that copes when the projector cable does what projector cables do.
Stream and record
Go live to YouTube and record locally at the same time, from the app itself. If the internet drops mid-sermon, the stream reconnects on its own — and the recording never stops.
Bring your library with you
Import from ProPresenter, EasyWorship, OpenLyrics, ChordPro or plain text — a migration wizard runs on first launch. PDF exports of PowerPoint or Keynote decks become slides too.
Built for the worst Sunday
Power cut mid-service? Prezans reopens exactly where you were — with the projector dark until you say so. Daily backups, with restore that can't half-finish.
Offline first, always
Every feature a Sunday needs works with no internet at all. Wi-Fi down? Lyrics, Bible, projection, recording — all still there. The network is a bonus, never a dependency.
Speaks your languages
The interface runs in English and French, and your songbook can mix languages freely within one service — built in Mauritius, where Sunday rarely speaks just one.
The whole church, on the same page.
Every copy of Prezans comes with a phone companion for the band and congregation. Scan a QR code in the hall and you're in — no accounts, no setup.
-
Follow the service live Phones mirror the screen in real time — words for the back row, and for grandma at home.
-
Songbook with chords, offline The full songbook in every pocket, chords included, transposed to your capo — even in airplane mode.
-
Rehearsal audio Last Sunday's recording, cut into songs and shared to the band — save any track for offline practice.
-
Run slides from a phone Trusted helpers can project a song or verse from their seat — handy when the operator is also the drummer.

From home, encrypted Members can fetch the songbook and audio from anywhere — sealed with your church's own key, which our servers never hold.
Built like your songbook matters. Because it does.
On your premises
Songs, Bibles, recordings and media live on your computer, in the building. Nothing about your service needs to leave it.
Sealed before it travels
If you publish the songbook for home access, it is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before upload — the key stays with your church. Our servers store ciphertext they cannot read.
Your licences, respected
Prezans bundles only public-domain texts and your own content. Your CCLI or other copyright licences stay yours — the app even prints your usage report for you.
Free for any church, in three steps.
Tell us about your church
Send the form below — just your email and a few lines about your church and how you'd use Prezans.
We send your copy
You'll get a personal download link and your church's serial number, with simple setup instructions and how many computers your serial covers.
Activate and go
Enter the serial on first launch — once, with internet. After that, Prezans runs fully offline, Sunday after Sunday.
We'd love to meet your church.
Two fields, one email, no mailing list. A real person reads every request and replies with your download link.
Fair things to ask.
Is it really free?
Yes — free for any church, with every feature. No trial period, no locked tiers, no ads, no card. Prezans exists to give a small church presentation software it can rely on, Sunday after Sunday.
What do we need to run it?
A Mac with Apple Silicon (macOS 12 or newer) or a 64-bit Windows 10/11 PC, plus a projector or TV on a second output. Internet is only needed for streaming, the online companion features, and the one-time activation.
We already use ProPresenter / EasyWorship. Is switching painful?
Moving in is the feature we're proudest of: Prezans imports ProPresenter and EasyWorship libraries, plus OpenLyrics, ChordPro and plain text, through a wizard that runs on first launch. Most churches are projecting their own songbook within the hour.
How many computers can we install it on?
The email that carries your serial number says how many machines it activates — enough for a booth computer and a spare, typically. Growing? Reply to the same email and we'll extend it.
What about song copyrights?
Prezans ships with public-domain content only (KJV, Segond 1910, public-domain hymns) — the lyrics you import are your own, under your church's CCLI or other licences. The app tracks what you project and produces the usage report those licences ask for.
